Come and learn Paramhansa Yogananda’s techniques for meditation. They are easily structured in a way to create wonderful results in the spiritual and physical realms. You will see the world with different eyes, becoming happier and free of stress, with abundant unimaginable benefits for yourself, your family and the world in which we live.
You’ll learn the basics of Yoga Philosophy as applied to our world these days. Having an emphasis in meditation, using the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, each week we’ll discuss and review the concepts of energy, breathing, healing, diet and how we can incorporate a daily routine into our busy schedule.

About the instructor
Fernando Martinez started practicing yoga more than 9 years ago. It was soon thereafter that his fascination for yoga caused him to completely revise his personal beliefs and “imposed religious” point of view. This path suggested that it was inside where all inspiration and strength was found.
Eventually his journey led him to find meditation, where he firmly landed. He loved meditation so much that he decided to train as a meditation teacher at Ananda Village, an organization in Nevada City, CA, founded by Paramhansa Yogananda’s direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda. There the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda (author of the Autobiography of a Yogi) are treasured and propagated throughout the world.
