Yoga 101 (An 8-week beginner’s series)
This class is a perfect fit for the new yoga student wishing to ‘start at the beginning,’ learning the foundations of yoga practice and philosophy.
You’ll learn correct breathing methods and many of the classic postures of yoga, as well as increase strength in the arms, legs and torso, improve balance and posture, gain strength and endurance, and generally increase your overall feeling of well-being.
By the end of the eight weeks, you’ll become comfortable in a wide range of postures (asanas) so that you feel prepared to enter any Yoga Basics class at Yoga Hawaii.
There are four segments from which to choose:
