The DVD contains two elements. The first element is instructional, teaching all the postures in the primary series of Ashtanga and also offers modifications for each of the poses.
The second element is the 75 minute flow series. You may also select from a 30 minute, 40 minute, 50 minute or 60 minute routine.
You can also choose from multiple teacher voices: Using your DVD remote you can select your teacher for the practice. Rupali, Diane or Tania. You can even select their voices without music and select your own music from your stereo or ipod.
