Yoga class on base on Oahu led by J. Benitez-Martinez a Yoga Hawaii teacher training graduate!

We offer a discounted single drop in class rate for our men and women in uniform and veterans any day of the week, and we have a monthly class that is designed specifically for the military community and their families.

We are also very excited to announce that we can now accept your GI Bill and MyCAA scholarships to pay your FULL TUITION for our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training programs.

There is so much demand on bases and in the veterans community for yoga as a tool to prevent the high rate of injury in the very physical nature of military jobs and to cope with PTSD. You can help yourself, your family and your community be becoming a yoga teacher. We teach not only the physical aspect of yoga but also meditation, mantra, philosophy and personal development through yoga practices. You will dive into your own heart and mind on and off your yoga mat, and learn to be an effective yoga teacher who guides others on the path of Yoga.

GI Bill or MyCAA spouse scholarships

Active duty military and veterans, we are approved by the VA to accept your GI Bill benefits for the full cost of tuition for our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Military spouses, you can also get a full scholarship to do our training and become a yoga teacher, an excellent portable career! Details below

Contact us at (808)393-6634 for help with these scholarships and any questions.

GI Bill

You must register and pay tuition up front, and you will be reimbursed upon completion of the program and receipt of your certificate. The VA requires us to file a certificate of completion for each participant before they will issue funds, and because of our operating costs to hold training, you must pay up front. However, we are more than happy to work with you to set up a payment plan that you can manage in the meantime.

Check the WEAMS website to see our program listed under Non College Degree programs. Contact Maya at or (808)393-6634 for details.

Military spouses, you can apply for a full scholarship for our 200hr training program too! See this document to see if you qualify for these benefits. This process can begin as early as 30 days prior to the start of the teacher training program you choose in order to get funds for training in time.  Contact Maya at or (808)393-6634 for details.
